What is your typical turn around time?
standard acrylic toppers can ship within 48 business hours. Almost all other items are made to order, so please allow for the design magic to happen. Cake and cupcake toppers usually require a two week window from order date to shipping date. Larger orders and invitations take usually take a longer window so please keep in mind.
Do you make custom orders?
Of course!! These are actually my favorite part of my job. The majority of my orders are custom, so just ask!
When do you ship custom orders?
Custom orders will ship out at least one week before event date. if you need an item earlier than that, please adjust your event date in the information form or reach out to me separately.
Do you sell wholesale/bulk?
for some items yes! I do offer bulk item discounts for some items. this is great for bakers that want standard toppers or storefronts that want toppers on hand.
